
This LKN Images refunds and returns policy explains how we handle fulfillment, refunds, returns, digital downloads, product concerns, and order support. It applies to photography sessions, school photo days, sports photo days, galleries, banners, and store orders.
Fulfillment under the LKN Images refunds and returns policy
First, most printed products are custom photo products. Once an order is approved and paid, the order may be sent to a professional vendor for production.
Next, production timing can vary. Also, delivery timing can vary too. Timing may depend on the product, vendor, school schedule, season, and shipping method.
Then, products ordered through LKN Images or LKN Store may be delivered in several ways. Delivery may go to a school, team, organization, studio pickup location, shipping address, or another agreed delivery point.
In addition, sports banners and school items are usually delivered to the school, coach, team representative, or organization contact. Another delivery plan can be arranged when needed.
Finally, items purchased through PhotoDay or another gallery platform may ship directly to the home address on the order. Digital downloads are normally available through the gallery or order platform after processing.
Digital products
First, digital image purchases are delivered electronically. Also, digital files can be accessed or downloaded right away.
Therefore, digital products are generally not refundable once fulfilled. However, we may correct a technical problem, duplicate purchase, or another issue that LKN Images determines should be fixed.
Custom products and banners
First, printed products, specialty items, banners, and personalized photo products are custom-made. After final approval, payment, and production start, these items are generally not returnable or refundable.
However, we will review concerns involving production defects, damage, order errors, or other issues we can verify and correct.
Session fees and deposits
First, session fees and deposits reserve time on the calendar. Also, they may cover planning, preparation, travel, setup, or other pre-session work.
For that reason, deposits and session fees are generally non-refundable. LKN Images may make a different decision in writing for a specific session or situation.
Order issues under the LKN Images refunds and returns policy
First, if your order arrives damaged, is missing an item, has a production defect, or does not match the approved order, contact us as soon as possible.
Next, please include your name, order number if available, school or organization, gallery or event name, and a clear photo or description of the issue.
Then, LKN Images will review the concern. When needed, we may work with you, the school or organization, and our vendors or order platforms.
Finally, the solution may be a replacement, reprint, corrected file, vendor support path, refund, or another reasonable fix.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Sometimes, weather, school schedules, field availability, team changes, illness, or other issues may require a session, photo day, or banner shoot to be rescheduled.
If rescheduling is needed, LKN Images will work with the customer, school, team, or organization contact to find a workable plan.
For PhotoDay orders, the PhotoDay refund policy may also affect how a refund is processed through the order platform.
